Terio has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal, arbitrated at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and successfully resolved numerous cases at mediation. Terio practices exclusively in personal injury.

Born and raised in Montreal, Shyanna moved to Toronto, Ontario over ten years ago. She attended the Sheridan College paralegal program and graduated in 2016. Using her knowledge and skills to work as a Legal Assistant and Law clerk for several years, Shyanna gained experience in Landlord and Tenant, Provincial Offences & Health Law. During this time she also worked in the service industry for 10 years improving her customer service and people skills.  

Powered by her passion for understanding of the law, Ms. Gordon-Maule considers herself a forever student, continuing to build her academic foundation. Her desire for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her most recent success of passing the Paralegal Licensing exam and becoming a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Melissa is the dedicated Office Manager at TSF Law who has been with the firm since its inception.  

Bringing over a decade of experience as a senior law clerk and legal assistant in all aspects of personal injury, Melissa has seamlessly transitioned to overseeing a broad spectrum of responsibilities essential to the firm’s functioning. From managing day-to-day operations to optimizing workflow processes, she ensures the team can focus on delivering clients exceptional service and exceptional results.

Understanding the pivotal role a law firm plays in the lives of its clients, Melissa understands the importance of clear communication and is always ready to assist clients with their needs, contributing to the overall positive experience clients have with TSF Law.

Ella grew up in Toronto and is a dedicated advocate for human rights. She obtained a Bachelor’s in Human Rights and Human Diversity with a minor in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She continued her studies at the University of Sussex, obtaining an LLB. Ella’s educational background equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of human rights issues and the legal intricacies surrounding them.

Outside the courtroom, Ella is an adventurous spirit with a love for travel. Her quest to explore the world reflects her openness to new experiences. When not jet-setting around the globe, Ella finds joy in playing volleyball, ice skating, and taking strolls with her dog.

In her professional life, she has focused on personal injury and disability law, working to support those facing challenging circumstances. Ella brings her legal expertise to bear as she advocates for clients in need. She has provided pro bono work to citizens grappling with immigration concerns through the Migration Law Clinic, been an active member of the Canadian Student Law Society, and worked as a Race Equity Advocate for the Law, Politics, and Sociology Faculty at the University of Sussex. Her unwavering dedication underscores her mission to ensure everyone has access to their rights and receives fair legal representation.
